Tickets for the inaugural Rocket Mortgage Classic at the historic Detroit Golf Club in Detroit, Michigan are selling fast as the first ever PGA Tour event comes to Detroit on June 25 through June 30 this summer.
The event, which features more than 150 top players throughout the world competing for a nearly $7.3 million purse across four days and 72 holes, has already sold out its Good Any One Day Grounds, and Saturday and Sunday Club 16 tickets in the month since they went on sale. Other options, such as Daily Grounds, Weekly Grounds, Ultra Club, and Military Appreciation tickets are still available and range from $10 to $1,750.
While the Rocket Mortgage Classic marks the first event of its kind for the City of Detroit, it also signals the return of the PGA Tour to Michigan, which was once home of the long-running Buick Open.
The tournament, which begins with practice rounds on Tuesday, June 25, will also feature entertainment, local food and drinks, and social activities planned for both on and off the course during the week-long event. The tournament rounds will play from Thursday, June 27 through Sunday, June 30, 2019.
